Structure Fire in Madras Quickly Contained by Firefighters

Bend, OR – A structure fire broke out early this morning in Madras, but thanks to the swift response of Jefferson County Fire and EMS personnel, the blaze was extinguished before it could spread to a nearby home. The fire, which occurred at a property on Meadowlark Lane, is currently under investigation.
