Bend, OR – The accident happened around 5:15 p.m. Saturday.
Police say it happened in the 300 block of Northeast Second Street.
Bend Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding officers say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
BNSF Railway trains were stopped in the area as authorities were conducting their investigation.
