REDMOND, Ore. – A dramatic crash occurred on the morning of February 2, 2025, when a dump truck crashed into a Redmond Dental building located at 668 SW Rimrock Way. The Redmond Police Department (RPD) and Redmond Fire & Rescue (RF&R) responded to the scene at approximately 9:11 AM.

The building, which was unoccupied at the time of the incident, sustained significant structural damage. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported, as no one was inside during the crash. However, the driver of the dump truck fled the scene before authorities arrived.

Local law enforcement is actively investigating the incident and has asked anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the driver to contact non-emergency dispatch at 541-693-6911. Authorities have noted that there will be a continued police presence in the area for several hours as the investigation progresses and efforts are made to secure the damaged building.

The Redmond Police Department extended its appreciation to the Redmond Fire & Rescue and Pacific Power teams for their swift response and assistance at the scene.
